Toner cartridge are out of ink 墨盒没墨了
Fill the order，牛津的解释是：supply the goods asked for 交付定货，和完成订单 “complete the order”意思差不多
Run the order by housekeeping 交由公司的后勤总务部处理（我们的）订单
Run在这里相当于handle, deal with, take care of
Make the order to the supplier 想供应商下订单
Make an order=place an order 下订单
Bulk order大宗采购/订购
Buy in Bulk的意思是大量购买，比如在超市买洗衣分或者toilet paper 就应该Buy in bulk,这样更加省钱 (economical)
Before the end of business day tomorrow 明天下班之前
Wait until the last minute 等到最后一刻
Expedite the order 尽快完成订购，expedite是加快完成某事的意思，这里应该是尽快订到墨盒，不仅仅是下单子，而是要尽快收到货物。
